Brightspeed replaced CenturyLink and Quantum Fiber in certain service areas, and it doesn’t offer a cable or fiber TV service. How to bundle Brightspeed internet with TV
Brightspeed doesn’t have its own TV service, but it does partner with DISH and DIRECTV so that you can still bundle your internet and TV service. You won’t receive any discounts bundling your Brightspeed internet service with any of the listed TV providers, but it will simplify your monthly bill.
So, which TV service should you choose?
- DISH: DISH offers between 190 and 290+ channels and is best known for its advanced DVR where you can record up to 16 channels at once
- DIRECTV: DIRECTV offers between 90+ and 185+ channels and is best known for its sports packages

Brightspeed was double charging us for our internet service!! We had to pay for fiber internet with a credit card, but they never adjusted our original phone bill to show it was being paid separately! Never could get anyone to follow up on this issue with me!! I was so desperate that I offered people $100 to help me resolve it!! Tried for at…

I was so desperate that I offered people $100 to help me resolve it!! Tried for at least 3 years to resolve the problem, so gave up & went with Spectrum!! Has been a dream! Can’t believe I let them use us & mistreat us for so long!! And WE ARE A BUSINESS!!

I have done everything in my power to get help, someone who might know what they are doing are know how to fix what it wrong. I reboot 2 to 3 times a day. Equipment has been switched out no different. Unable to work from home because I cannot really on Brightspeed internet to work throughout the day. I need 1 gig or higher…

Equipment has been switched out no different. Unable to work from home because I cannot really on Brightspeed internet to work throughout the day. I need 1 gig or higher and they are the only ones in the area so far. Eventually we might get a more well liked and desirable fiber internet in the area. Don’t be fooled by brightspeed they have no clue what they are doing.
