Everything works well and speed is good although it’s lower running than what I pay for Mbps wise. I just feel that the price is outrageous and the customer service agent literally told me verbatim that they’re allowed to charge high as they want because there is little to no competition here in Phoenix. I think that’s predatory business practice but that would be my only complaint.
