Cox has underwhelmed me with every interaction I’ve had. A website that won’t let you order service without a chat session first is annoying. Not clearly showing pricing is always an indicator that I might be being overcharged. I wouldn’t use them if there was a competitor with fiber speeds. Once that happens, I’m gone.
