After dealing with the slow speeds of other internet providers, we selected to go with Starlink. One of the best decisions we made after we moved to a different location.

We have found no difference between when we had the fastest package (which we never even came close to getting the speeds we were paying for) with Xfinity. We have multiple televisions and multiple devices, including an internet gamer going all at one time and there is no disruption or lag.

The internet service has been great and we haven’t needed any servicing since the dish was installed, but it is extremely expensive.

Just moved to upstate NY from Indianapolis, IN and was not used to the whole “no phone or WiFi service” OR provider options. At home (St. Lawrence county, NY) there is basically 3 options for WIFI service, Starlink being one of them. And the lowest no. cost. For $21 (the cost to ship the equipment via FedEx) which took about 10 days, it took literally 10 mins to set up, and in 4 moths we’ve had zero issues, excellent connection, and I think 1? Maybe 2 times that I’ve had to “realign” equipment. It could not be any easier, the thing is literally sitting on my front porch. No need for attaching to side of house or the roof. Just an unobstructed view of the Northern sky is needed. I honestly thought Starlink would be a 3/5 rating pre-experience, but now I’ll be using it permanently. Excellent product.

This set up is ridiculous and their customer service said to just drill a hole in my wall or leave a window open 24/7, for the cord.. I have been charged without ever being able to use it.
