The speed is basic even though it was advertised as high. The lag on my devices is pretty bad. The most frustrating thing is my connection drops multiple times a day. Absolutely unreliable in 60612. Regularly drop to around 500kb/s for days on end. Not 500MB/s, Kilobytes. It’s horrifically bad and I’m paying for 2GB internet

I just don’t like how my TV doesn’t connect automatically to my home wifi. It keeps trying to an xfinity wifi that doesn’t work. It’s weird and xfinity customer service is extremely difficult to get in touch with an actual person
