Xfinity customers were also satisfied with their Xfinity internet speeds. Xfinity offers plans with speeds from 75 – 6,000 Mbps, depending on your location.

Service is adequate, but the process to set an install appointment was awful. Got 2 appointments with no one showing up. They said they had no record of the appointments. They finally showed up for the 3rd appointment.

The “customer service” is impossible to navigate.. there are roadblocks all along the way. The service is $55 per month for “speeds up to 1.3GB” – but current download/upload speed is 38Mbps download, 5.75Mbps upload (which is unacceptable)… why am I paying for “speeds up to 1.3GB” and the speeds have never even been above 100Mbps?

Xfinity has the worst customer service ever. You only ever get a robot and that robot will go in a loop until you hang up. In order to CANCEL my service I have to schedule a call that will take place a week later. This is unacceptable.

Please save your time and money. DO NOT go with WOW. The service itself is unreliable, but the bigger issue is how they handle cancellations. If you decide to end your service, they will claim that you did not return equipment even after you’ve sent it back. This is a dishonest practice that leads to unnecessary charges and wasted effort disputing them. Avoid this…

I’ve been using Xfinity for over two years. During this time there have been numerous occasions when the internet service dropped. Some were unannounced and some were announced. However, we were left with no internet service for hours. I’ve been using Xfinity for over two years. During this time there have been numerous occasions when the internet service dropped. Some were unannounced and some were announced. However, we were left with no internet service for hours. Xfinity tripled the cost of internet service but have not improved the quality of the service nor have they reimbursed us for the time the service was down. Interacting them on their website gives the impression that all they care about is making money and customer service is on the bottom of the list if it’s on the list at all. Would I recommend Xfinity to a friend or family member. No way. I don’t want them to hate me.
