Xfinity customers were also satisfied with their Xfinity internet speeds. Xfinity offers plans with speeds from 75 – 6,000 Mbps, depending on your location.

Service is adequate, but the process to set an install appointment was awful. Got 2 appointments with no one showing up. They said they had no record of the appointments. They finally showed up for the 3rd appointment.

I just don’t like how my TV doesn’t connect automatically to my home wifi. It keeps trying to an xfinity wifi that doesn’t work. It’s weird and xfinity customer service is extremely difficult to get in touch with an actual person

I was told get a discount and never got it. First they wanted me to do auto pay i did it for a few months then seen i was paying full price. It was very hard to get in concert with someone. Ones I did they said I had the wrong type of account. I had a depict a card , but they told me I needed a bank account number so I put that in and still never got a discount now im 7 months in and been paying full price the whole time. Also the internet runs slow on my ps5

Allconnect quoted me one price and Xfinity charged me a different price.

Xfinity customer service isnt helpful. Its designed to give the run around or sign you up on new plans for commission. No worse customer service than Xfinity.

Called them several times about problems with getting a connection for my printer. They couldn’t come up with the answer. However they did try.
