What do WOW! customers think?

WOW is a cable and fiber internet provider that offers a wide range of competitively priced plans starting at just $30.00/mo. for 300 Mbps. WOW also offers its fiber service starting at $40.00/mo., one of the cheapest fiber services available, so you’ll get great value for your service. WOW’s fiber plans go up to 5,000 Mbps in some areas.

With only two possible internet providers in my area, I took the lesser of the two evils. We went with WOW! because we had dealt with Frontier elsewhere for many years and had trouble with their service and their cost was higher than WOW! prices. We don’t appreciate how WOW! increases charges for the same internet service every year. With luck another option will become available in our immediate area soon.

We were seeing quick outages – just enough that we had to restart a roku program we were watching.

I used WOW for many years in Knoxville, TN. I received a call from WOW about 1 1/2 years ago and was told they were going to send me a new modem as mine was outdated. The gentleman said I could trash the old modem as they would not be using it. I did as instructed. One year later I switched to another service….

WOW started fine, service is good with no interruptions. Speed seems to be good at times. BUT THEY INCREASE PRICE OFTEN. i started with around $40, now i am up to $60. I am going to switch as there are better options out there
