When you go to pay your bill online they will take TWO times the amount you are paying from your account. You will then be forced to call them, deal with their horrible customer service. They will then make you wait ten days to get back the money the extra money they swiped from your account. Seriously this will happen. You are warned.

WOW internet service is completely unreliable, I have frequent outages. Over the last 2 months I’ve lost about 7 days of service. The customer service is located out of the U.S., by ESL (India, Phillipines). It is extremely difficult to understand them. It takes about 3 minutes of being forced to listen to options, and how to reboot your router before you can speak…
WOW internet service is completely unreliable, I have frequent outages. Over the last 2 months I’ve lost about 7 days of service. The customer service is located out of the U.S., by ESL (India, Phillipines). It is extremely difficult to understand them. It takes about 3 minutes of being forced to listen to options, and how to reboot your router before you can speak to someone. It is absolutely the worst. Two years ago I had to file a complaint with the FCC to get them to repair a line.

I used WOW for many years in Knoxville, TN. I received a call from WOW about 1 1/2 years ago and was told they were going to send me a new modem as mine was outdated. The gentleman said I could trash the old modem as they would not be using it. I did as instructed. One year later I switched to another service….
I used WOW for many years in Knoxville, TN. I received a call from WOW about 1 1/2 years ago and was told they were going to send me a new modem as mine was outdated. The gentleman said I could trash the old modem as they would not be using it. I did as instructed. One year later I switched to another service. When I canceled my service, but then received a $163.88 bill for the old modem. I called and explained that they had instructed me to dispose of the modem and they said they would investigate. If my modem was so outdated why would they have any use for it. They then sent the $163 charge to collections after giving me no feedback! This is not a company that is honest or trust worthy – based on their actions. On top of that, when they sent the new modem I was told I had to install it myself, That is not what I consider customer service. My new provider is so much more reliable. I obviously would not recommend WOW for anyone. Use caution when communicating with them and request anything they tell you in writing.

Business acct. Service goes down frequently and extremely difficult to get to any service rep. Chat assistant is a joke.

Price keeps going up and service keeps going down. Like today I called in a problem 6 hours ago still no service
