Our internet is part of our cell phone bills. When we moved here from Westfield, we moved our Verizon Internet Gateway with us. We plugged it in and it worked!

Price is much higher than others for the same channels and Internet speed. Customer service reps have conflicting answers. I was duped when switching and bill quickly doubled with a third of the channels and speed lowered even though they said it didn’t.

I am really frustrated with my current service. After paying my bill a day or two later the power went out for a second and my WiFi box did not reconnect to the internet even after restarting several times. I checked my Verizon app to find options for tech support. It’s stated that they are a 24-hour service but when I called, I was stuck with a digital help agent which was no help at all. It is a hassle each month to pay my bill because for some reason my account won’t connect online to make it easy to pay. I called for support with that issue and it was never resolved. This by far the worst internet service I have used so far.

The Verizon tech that came to install my internet was extremely rude and very abrupt. never said goodbye to me so that I could check all connections were satisfactory. my tv internet is very poor.
