I am really frustrated with my current service. I am really frustrated with my current service. After paying my bill a day or two later the power went out for a second and my WiFi box did not reconnect to the internet even after restarting several times. I checked my Verizon app to find options for tech support. It’s stated that they are a 24-hour service but when I called, I was stuck with a digital help agent which was no help at all. It is a hassle each month to pay my bill because for some reason my account won’t connect online to make it easy to pay. I called for support with that issue and it was never resolved. This by far the worst internet service I have used so far.

Overpriced for spotty internet gos out for hrs weekly also guide and movie channels are unavailable a few times a month phone support as well as the techs they sent out have done nothing to fix the issues highly unsatisfied if I had other options I would definitely go with them
