We tried Hughes Net, and wasn’t satisfied. Then we decided to try Verizon 5G and what a difference. Don’t waste your time on anything else. Go Verizon 5G.

My Internet seems to work fine, but when I am streaming through Apple TV often it gets stuck and I have to go back out and come back in. I don’t know if there’s a better service available. I live within a quarter mile of the Verizon tower and my phone service has always been excellent.

So disappointed, I’ve been using thieir service about 2month now and it just don’t stay connected. I have a small apt and my smart products won’t stay connected like Alexa and TVs.So I’ve moved the modem to another spot thinking it would help. And-to no avail,and I don’t play games just streaming Internet radio.Ive had Cox for 9years, got on the connect assist program…

Possibly the worst internet service on the planet. Worst customer service as well. No help fixing the issues. Constant connection problems. Buffering and random disconnecting. Plenty of bbb reports and still didn’t help. Don’t waste your money or time. Just get cable or fiber internet

Not at all what I expected from Verizon.I live in Tucson and can’t get local news anymore because IP address is set for Las Vegas. Verizon can’t fix it or so they say. Speeds are low and we even exchanged for a new box. Tech support peopleseemed to not know how to fix

So, I was suffering with AT&T 5g (Air). Constantly dropping calls, slow to load, just terrible. But my building doesn’t have any cable options. So I tried Verizon 5g on a whim and it’s incredible. I just compared the speeds of my Verizon compared to AT&T, and I kid you not, Verizon was 100% faster. Not sure how it is so much better, but…

Verizon offered a free trial period for me to test their internet speed. it was not as fast as they had claimed and the process/availability of stores to return merchandise to them is limited and was 25 miles away. Verizon was awful! The outsourced customer service couldn’t even figure out how to combine my phone service with the home internet service. Also, the home service wouldn’t even work after 2 hours on the phone. Verizon is going down hill as a company

Try everything else before resorting to this for gaming, streaming, etc. Wickedly unstable connection with tons of packet loss/spikes. Good download speed is the only thing Verizon 5G offers. Upload speed is nothing impressive. This is after troubleshooting all possible things to consider when getting the best connection with 5G home internet. Just trust me. Do not use this unless its your only option.
