What do T-Mobile customers think?
T-Mobile 5G Home Internet is a 5G internet provider that has become popular in recent years due to its widespread availability. Customers are pleased with T-Mobile’s pricing and reliability. Although it won’t give you speeds as fast as fiber or cable, T-Mobile has simple pricing with no rate hikes, contracts or data caps. You can also take advantage of some bundling discounts if you purchase a T-Mobile phone plan along with your internet.

Home internet via a cellphone company (T-Mobile) is not yet perfected. Went with T-Mobile for internet, Mbps varied widely from 7 to 180+ Mbps. T-Mobile was not able to explain or fix the problem. Constant pausing while trying to watch videos or movies. Being they were not able to fix my service so it worked, I cancelled my service, but T-Mobile would not pro-rate my bill being I only had intermittent service for half a billing period when I cancelled the service. Will never go back to T-Mobile!

I have had TM for over 20 years and have always had problems with them but their internet is the worst! I’ve had problems with their gateway for YEARS! Customer service exchanged the unit at least 8 times and kept changing settings and blamed towers and other things. I’ve spent hours on the phone and sending things back for exchange. Finally, I decided to try something and bought a router and plugged it into the gateway and everything worked fine. I called and told them and asked to be covered for the $129 cost of the router. They refused. The problem after all these years was their gateway all along. I hope someone is helped by this information.

1. Very dissatisfy with the service. 2. Very poor coverage in major City like Houston, 5g is not available most of time. 3. Customer service unhelpful, dismissive, and difficult to navigate, and getting transferred or disconnected multiple times without resolution. 4.Getting charge twice for same month service while unexpected charges showing up all the time. 5. Most of the time incorrect bills, and a lack of transparency regarding…

It is the worst company for my experience in cell phone plan after 10 days when I activated my cell phone I could not receive messages, nor sending the Internet was very low signal The plan expired and they did not take the automatic payment they cut off the service and when you call they take a long time to answer and when I could contact them they charge me about three times the service that because even when the service was suspended I kept running the plan but the phone without service my plan was 50 and when I paid one. There are all $150 dollars for disconnection charges and late payment is supposedly horrible and this company is charged when they make a contract, they check well because they tell you one thing and when they charge the bill they go up more and more.

After years of up’s and down’s of service, I’m so happy with T-MOBILE. Not just service, but the price.
