What do Spectrum customers think?
Spectrum is a cable internet provider. Customer satisfaction among internet providers is generally low, but Spectrum customers gave the provider high scores in customer service satisfaction. Spectrum also had average satisfaction scores in the speed and reliability sections, but its year two price increases could be causing some lower scores in the price category.

Equipment was delivered quickly, installation was easy with the existing coax that was in our home, setup was automatic from our smartphone. Service has proved reliable for the two months it been used for mostly internet browsing and video streaming. Price is reasonable and guaranteed for two years.

I have been a Spectrum customer for the last 8-12 years. They offer some great packages but some how the value of those packages don’t seem to maintain the original standard after so much time has passed. They do make up for it in customer service and offers that are available once you talk to them.

The prices are constantly changing without any notice. It’s just ridiculous. How high these prices for just Internet keeps going up.

We call to report an issue and the representative spent the entire time trying to sell us streaming services, phone services and anything else to increase our bill.

Suppose to be a 400 speed plan and was paying $50/month. 2 years later after little increases, I’m paying double at $100/month and have been barely getting 200 speed. to top it off, been having connectivity issues for weeks now.

They came to upgrade my equipment and didn’t everything back up. Now they say I need to pay someone to fix something that was working correctly before they messed it up. Worst company ever
