Spectrum is a cable internet provider. Customer satisfaction among internet providers is generally low, but Spectrum customers gave the provider high scores in customer service satisfaction. Spectrum also had average satisfaction scores in the speed and reliability sections, but its year two price increases could be causing some lower scores in the price category.

You’re a horrible provider. The sales guy sold me internet that wouldn’t work, luckily the tech informed me how horrible frontier is. He sold me fiber that wouldn’t even handle movies. Don’t buy Frontier.

There’s constant outages, their equipment is trash. The amount of times I’ve had new routers sent and had to have them send a reset; is absolutely ridiculous. They run a monopoly on this area, but not for long. Have had other providers in the past with no issue. They are literally a terrible company.

Every come nights there is an outage until morning or afternoon. Customer service is no help, they just tell you it’s down without reason. Not an update, not the weather, and not lack of bandwidth. Then what is it? Thanks Nestor

The Internet service is really good, with high speed, and the phone service is reliable. Two things I don’t like: The website is confusing, and hard to use. I don’t like their “arrears” billing practice, of sending the bills close to the due date, and already into the service period. Along with that, they will not prorate your cancellation, if you cancel your service…
The Internet service is really good, with high speed, and the phone service is reliable. Two things I don’t like: The website is confusing, and hard to use. I don’t like their “arrears” billing practice, of sending the bills close to the due date, and already into the service period. Along with that, they will not prorate your cancellation, if you cancel your service while in a billing period. I have been with them a long time, and find the late billing practice quite aggravating, as I like to pay my bills together, at a certain time in the month. When I pay Spectrum with my other bills, I will not have their current Billing Statement, and have to write out the details to accompany my check.

I’m stuck using this provider because its the best one in my area but even then, spectrum is not that good due to the fact that they are trying to save money by using cable still. I mean really unless someone’s old school everyone uses streaming services nowadays and everyone I know who gets good internet are on fiber. This provider pisses me off, tell me how im plugged into the router and I’m STILL getting inconsistent internet. Someone needs to speak up about this provider.

We switched to Spectrum after they confirmed they would service our location. After switching our mobile service, we learned they could no longer service us. Now we are paying more money to reinstate our prior cell service and spending more time to undo the switch. Overall, we lost money trying to switch to Spectrum.

Spectrum is the absolute worst internet provider we have ever owned. Constant outages at random times, sometimes at 3am, sometimes at 1pm in the afternoon, sometimes at 10pm at night. No warning no nothing. Just out for hours. Maintenance is also non-existent. At least not enough.
