Spectrum also had average satisfaction scores in the speed and reliability sections, but its year two price increases could be causing some lower scores in the price category.

My only issue with Spectrum is the intermittent service … it has several daily incidences of my service going off and on again. Very annoying.

Equipment was delivered quickly, installation was easy with the existing coax that was in our home, setup was automatic from our smartphone. Service has proved reliable for the two months it been used for mostly internet browsing and video streaming. Price is reasonable and guaranteed for two years.

I have been a Spectrum customer for the last 8-12 years. They offer some great packages but some how the value of those packages don’t seem to maintain the original standard after so much time has passed. They do make up for it in customer service and offers that are available once you talk to them.

Spectrum is the absolute worst internet provider we have ever owned. Constant outages at random times, sometimes at 3am, sometimes at 1pm in the afternoon, sometimes at 10pm at night. No warning no nothing. Just out for hours. Maintenance is also non-existent. At least not enough.

My plan keeps gling up without any notice at all. They take anything they want from my account. I haven’t even had it a year and it’s gone up about 3 times. Service keeps going down. I lopved it when I first gt it but, now not so much. Takes my computer forever to load.

Internet constantly going down and then it would take days for them to restore it. When I called about it I got very rude service from Sierra in Texas. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone just trying to disconnect the service. Very despicable business tactics.

Spectrum is horrible! I canceled due to outages in my area and they gave me such a hard time. I had to call a total of 3 times to cancel and kept getting charged for service. Now they don’t want to refund me. Stay away from this service. Customer service is terrible.
