We have waited 3 months to get a temporary line buried. we were told on 4 different occasions that we had a date and plan to have it buried and each time it never happened we would call and be told there was never a request submitted for it. We have waited 3 months to get a temporary line buried. we were told on 4 different occasions that we had a date and plan to have it buried and each time it never happened we would call and be told there was never a request submitted for it. It’s unbelievable I don’t know how we will ever get it buried. We have to mow around it, our neighbor has to mow around it and are not happy about it. I would absolutely not recommend quantum fiber. we will be looking for a new service.

Quantum will not change or will not let me change my plan to a lower tier plan. I have “changed” it 3 times so far and have had 4 chats and they don’t see my change even when I provide several screen shots with time stamps proving that I didn’t and submitted it and that it was accepted. Quantum will not change or will not let me change my plan to a lower tier plan. I have “changed” it 3 times so far and have had 4 chats and they don’t see my change even when I provide several screen shots with time stamps proving that I didn’t and submitted it and that it was accepted. They want more money and will make it as difficult as possible to lower your plan and give them less money Find a better provider.

Quantum Fiber’s customer service has been highly disappointing. I have reached out to them five times over the past month to resolve an issue where a cable was left exposed in the alley, with each interaction resulting in an appointment being scheduled for burial. However, no one ever showed up to complete the work. When I followed up with customer service, I was told that either the job was completed or canceled, neither of which were accurate. This lack of accountability and poor communication has left me extremely frustrated.

Customer Service is horrible. The first few months of service had no problems and then all of sudden I started receiving email messages about “outages” and how the company was sorry for the number of service outages. Very convenient that customer service had no answers. It was basically like having no service at all.

I’ve been trying to get technical issues resolved since our service began on August 28th. Our internet/wifi drops every 15 minutes and only recognizes 2 devices at any one time. The only two options to get support are chat or phone so I’ve been at their mercy trying to get through. (Don’t try emailing – they don’t respond. I tried that twice two weeks…
I’ve been trying to get technical issues resolved since our service began on August 28th. Our internet/wifi drops every 15 minutes and only recognizes 2 devices at any one time. The only two options to get support are chat or phone so I’ve been at their mercy trying to get through. (Don’t try emailing – they don’t respond. I tried that twice two weeks ago.) I have invested 23+ hours either in their chat or phone queues only to be disconnected after waiting for two+ hours each time. My phone battery has died twice while in their phone queue having to start all over each time. The only people that actually answer the phone are those in sales – and they answer in minutes – go figure. They cannot help with anything but sales and have told me the best way to get through is to go to chat for support. The last time I was in their chat queue – once again – began at 8:33 p.m. Saturday. Twice made it to the #1 position and had my internet connection fail – or theirs on their end. Finally got through to someone at 3:15 a.m. with that chat ending at 3:24 a.m. Sunday morning (Yes, that was 7 hours of frustrating time spent.) A very patient customer service person, Elijah, has scheduled a tech to come to my home to get things resolved – fingers crossed. Their “360 Wifi 7” pods are useless. I would not wish the experience I’ve had with QuantumFiber in less than a month as a customer on my worst enemy.

I have had more than half a dozen appointments over two weeks, but they have not kept one so far. It’s so frustrating when they just change the date and time of appointments at will. It isn’t an appointment if it cannot be kept. Very disappointing service.
