Go with Xfinity. Save your time. This fiber is pure trash. And no local offices. Quantum lost my account. I’ve had an account for over a year, and suddenly I can no longer log in to my account. Customer service can no longer find my account or any record of it. What?

The absolute worst customer service ever. They rescheduled 3 times. When they finally arrived on the 4th try, they didn’t have all the equipment needed for installation.

I had wired fiber before I got fed a line of bullshit to get there crap installed. Please don’t get Quantom Fiber installed in your home if you want a reliable service.

We’ve had Quantum for about a year, about 6 months into the service we would randomly get download speeds of about 20mbps in different areas of the house. We tried upgrading our plan, adding 2 extra pods, using our own router and pods, and we’ve had their technicians come out and test things on 5 different occasions. We’ve had Quantum for about a year, about 6 months into the service we would randomly get download speeds of about 20mbps in different areas of the house. We tried upgrading our plan, adding 2 extra pods, using our own router and pods, and we’ve had their technicians come out and test things on 5 different occasions. Each tech (3 different people) would tell us some new way to fix the issue, only for it to last a week or less before cutting out again. I’m not a fan of paying for a gig of service and receiving less than2% of what I’m paying for.

I have not had internet for 7 days. I have called the internet company everyday for the last 7 days at least 2x per day. They keep telling me a tech is going to call. I don’t have any missed calls. I have verified you guys have my correct number. I keep asking for your team to send someone and nothing. Everyone keeps escalating…
I have not had internet for 7 days. I have called the internet company everyday for the last 7 days at least 2x per day. They keep telling me a tech is going to call. I don’t have any missed calls. I have verified you guys have my correct number. I keep asking for your team to send someone and nothing. Everyone keeps escalating and follow through just stops there. If someone could just take ownership and fix this issue rather than escalating and waiting for someone else to do it that would take care. Instead I’m sitting on hold with a new rep every day spinning my wheels getting told the same thing leading to dead ends and no action from the company.

Worst system I have ever used. Had it installed on 10 Dec, didn’t work from the moment it was installed. Called tech support, in india of course, they told me I needed another wireless pod. Waited 4 days to receive it, put it right next to my smart tv, still couldn’t stream. Kept buffering constantly, then it would completely disconnect. After the 5th time…

Waited 4 days to receive it, put it right next to my smart tv, still couldn’t stream. Kept buffering constantly, then it would completely disconnect. After the 5th time this happened I unplugged it and will cancel tomorrow. 7 days of frustration, don’t be fooled by the hype or price for life guarantee. The system is worth nothing, cause it simply does not work. $50 wasted and many hours of my life trouble shooting it that I will never get back
