The worst customer service of all time.

Google Fibre has been the most reliable internet I’ve ever had. You really get what you pay for. If you pay for a 2Gbps plan, you are often going to get 2Gbps or above, not “up-to” 2Gbps like other companies.
3/5
Google Fiber uses contractors to install internet. Those contractors sometimes are in rush and want to finish the job as fast as they can in order to go to other customers. They don’t answer customers questions in a satisfactory way. They sometimes do 10 or 12 assignments in a day.
