I have had several outages. I would have to pay extra for uninterrupted service, that sucks. Most of the time it is outside of my house, their side. The interductory offer I thought was for all time was not. It went up $20, but I have not found anything cheaper.

HORRIBLE RUN – OUTAGE all the time then try to sell you a package that will keep you running during the outage. I already pay so that package should be a courtesy to people who already pay for service.
