Earthlink was easy to connect but i did have to call and have some help. It has been working great ever since.

I live in a one bedroom apartment there is no internet connection. I have a problem paying for internet service when there is no connection.

I have the hugest plan . I used all the fast speed in 4 days . The speed slow down and eventually stop working before my billing cycle starts over . I’m definitely changing company.

very slow fastest down load speed was 3.55 mbps if I had internet at all

Do not sign up for EarthLink. I have called them several times to fix the slow constantly no Internet problems. I lost my work from home job with inability to perform my work with this internet provider.

It literally lasted 3 days until used up with just watching basic tv.

Speed is not unlimited after you reach 300mpbs it reduces to 1 and then you have to purchase more 50 for 39.95 to keep decent speed.

Hasn’t worked since I got it. I have called and called and they don’t fix the issue.
