I was told my plan was $65.00 /mo. Just informed that I will be billed $100.00 do not appreciate the switch-a-roo. Will be internet shopping.

I had an awful time getting our internet turned on. Three phone calls and lost the last one and they never called me back!

Do not use EarthLink, it is impossible to cancel after you realize how slow it is. Only gave one star because 0 wasn’t an option.

Internet isn’t functioning as it should. Tried cancelling, have talk to a person to do that. I called numerous times to cancel, put on hold for maybe 5 minutes and then disconnected. Just want to cancel. I need a more reliable system. Live in rural community and there are times when my phone doesn’t function, as well as using TV is next to impossible….

I got this internet and ran out of data within days. I called back to upgrade my plan and the internet didn’t work for a week I had to put my box outsid. I called customer service and they wasn’t helping at all.

Do not get EarthLink!! Poor internet connectivity – I work from home the service was horrible. I called several times about the lack of internet connection. I canceled the service after 1 week. I was told I would get a refund after EarthLink received the equipment. I called to confirm the equipment was received now they tell me there are no notes about me canceling service or getting a refund. I explained I received the cancellation email after calling 6 times to cancel the service so there has to be notes in the system!!! I asked for a supervisor, after being placed on hold 3 times, the customer service rep said a supervisor would call me back- never received a call back!!!! Do not get this provider- they are liars and the service is the worst.
