DO NOT GET DIRECT TV When you have a problem it takes 5 to 6 days to send someone out. It goes out when a sudden rain- heavy rain- heavy snow. Cable Co send someone out with in 24 hours. When they send the bill it takes 10 to get to me but give you 5 days to pay. So save money and headache…

No customer service (hookup) for 2 elderly seniors…On the phone they went back & forth w/ instructions incl. using the internet for people who have little to no INET “savvy”. They agreed to hire Best Buy to hook up their service but the fee would be $200 and they would not pay it.! Never had a TV co. refusing to hook up AND teach…

I haven’t received my gift card for signing up. The channels freeze a lot when using the Fire TV stick on the other TV’s.
