My Cox internet almost every day cuts out for a minute or two in the morning and the afternoon. There is no sense in calling them because by the time they pick up it is up and running. And you can’t call and complain because it’s automated.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cox Internet. Before signing up, I was clearly told I would receive 500 Mbps service for $70 per month with promotional price for 2 years.
