Just stay away from this company. They have a monoply in some areas and you have to use so they really just dont care about anyone other than money. Goggle was amazing so made I had to switch to this garbage and thats being nice.

Internet goes out quite often and we’ll stay low for a longer times we have the device in the area where it is open no reason for it and sometimes I have to turn off my Internet in order to get Internet on my phone

I’ve had ATT and Xfinity. Both are like gargling hot rancid dumpster juice. Bad price, bad customer service, f’n terrible contracts.

Spectrum constantly had connection issues. An example of how bad the connectivity issues are, I went to the spectrum store to turn in my equipment and cancel my service, and they didn’t have internet connection that day.

Originally I was supposed to get xfinity but before I even moved in xfinity wanted me to pay a bill from the previous renters even though I was a new tenant who happened to have the same name so after 2 wks without service I took there box back and canceled them not only did they not return my deposit they changed me for usage when I never was able to connect per their policy so I had to get my bank to cancel autopay xfinity is trash dont try and resolve issue and will keep your money so I would highly recommend att

When I talked to all connect they said 40.00 it wasn’t I’m paying 73.00 at&t have lied to me so many times it’s awful but no one else will take me I have no credit history
