Most times the service is not good at all. It seems to go in and out when more than one device is on and maybe during bad weather, I am not sure, but it gets very frustrating when you are trying to watch something and it pauses for minutes at a time. We literally end up turning the tv off and going on our phones (kills family time) and even the phones go slow, smh. What I believe the main problem is, that the tower is pointing to the east of us, so the only place that I can place the router is closest to the entrance for a signal. Our entrance is by the hallway, nothing but wall (I’m in an apartment). Our windows are to the west and only give little to no service when placed by them, sucks, I know! I don’t think there is much that can be done. Eventually, when I have the time, I will be calling to cancel. Sorry. Absolutely love how the app is set up, though.

I was told I got the fastest internet service by getting fiber. But the service is slow and tends to disconnect from one of my TV. I do not recommend this service.

Just stay away from this company. They have a monoply in some areas and you have to use so they really just dont care about anyone other than money. Goggle was amazing so made I had to switch to this garbage and thats being nice.

Internet goes out quite often and we’ll stay low for a longer times we have the device in the area where it is open no reason for it and sometimes I have to turn off my Internet in order to get Internet on my phone

I’ve had ATT and Xfinity. Both are like gargling hot rancid dumpster juice. Bad price, bad customer service, f’n terrible contracts.
