By far the worst and most greedy company I’ve dealt with. I canceled all services on the 3rd of the month, even though my billing cycle ran until the 21st — yet I was still charged for the entire month. On top of that, they had the nerve to charge me for not returning the equipment, even though the equipment is built into the apartment and cannot be removed. The apartment management even confirmed that it must stay because it’s integrated into the unit! It’s ridiculous how much money this company tries to squeeze out of people. I avoid AT&T at all costs, but I had no choice because the apartment came with it. I didn’t want this service to begin with, and now I’m being charged for things completely outside of my control. Unbelievable.

I (unfortunately) am still paying for a service i cancelled 16 days ago bc AT&T does not prorate so i’m paying for service i’m not using. We were upgraded to Fiber never saw a difference except they put it where it broke within a few months due to high winds…and then still wouldn’t put where the wi-fi had been connected to the house. Customer service personnel in another country took 4 days ( i work from home so you can imagine my disgust) and could have cared less that this was their fault for not putting where i asked them to…actually said could not do it…oddly enough my new service company had no problems with putting it where i wanted. Fiber was never any better just more money than their wi-fi…and i’m not a gamer but our service continually buffered for no reason. Worst service and company ever. I know more people who have dropped their service than people who have it.

Horrendous and confusing billing process. VERY, VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIVE AGENTS AND EXTREMELY TIME CONSUMING. On the whole, EXCEPTIONALLY POOR SERVICE. AVOID.

We switched from Verizon to AT&T for price. Very disappointed. Cheaper for a reason. Nothing but problems. I’m looking for alternate companies

I had Xfinity and changed to AT&T and was told because of fiber optic, I would have better internet service. Well, speed is very slow, slower than Xfinity.
