After getting a replacement remote. It took two service providers, supervisor and finally technician who came to the house. Because we were not given correct info to start with. Hours of our time and theres

TV stops and spins. Internet service slower than old dial up. Rey frustrating. I will dump altifibre first of year and go with another provider..

Billed for fioptic cable but we only have service through phone line. Speed is much lower than fioptic. Provider refuses to offer lower price for this much slower service and just increased another $20/month! We will probably cancel next month.
